Magic, a Seguin 44, was built by Lyman-Morse Boatbuilding Co. in 1983 as a beautiful and extremely functional custom cruising yacht. The hull is designed for speed and safety. Short handed sailing is not a problem aboard Magic. Her interior is spacious with great sea keeping abilities. Blue suede cushions and an elegant kerosene stove centered in the salon. Her aesthetics are unmatched, yet simple.

GALLEY:

L-shape galley with formica counters and teak fids. Three burner propane stove with oven gimbaled by Dickerson. Large Seafrost refrigeration, lots of storage.

Raytheon ST-60 Multi and Tridata displays at Nav. station. Raytheon ST7000 display and auto pilot at helm. Northstar Navigator loran, satelite phone, ACR Global Fix EPIRB

ELECTRICAL:

Heart interface link 2000-R Inverter panel DECK Maxwell 1200 windlass, CQR and Danforth anchors. Bomar hatches, varnished dorade boxes with chrome cowels, teak deck over laminated double layered marine plywood. Varnished cabin sides, coaming, companionway.

SAILS:

Roller furling main, roller furling genoa,forestay sail, 3/4 oz. spinnaker, storm trisail, storm staysail. Winches: Barients 36 primaries, Barients28 secondaries, Barients 27 Traveller, Antal W46 electric for main furler.
