We’re pointing the bow southbound for Annapolis, Maryland, for the annual Annapolis Sailboat Show October 12-15, and we hope to see you there! We’ll be on D Dock, displaying Hopgrasser, hull number 1 of our award-winning LM46 sailboat.
Hopgrasser has a prestige and pedigree rarely found in the yachting world. Her conceptualization, construction, maintenance, and upgrades have all been overseen exclusively by Lyman-Morse. Back from a winter of cruising in the Bahamas, and successful performances on the New England racing circuit, Hopgrasser is ready to sail away on adventures.
Hopgrasser’s build and finish quality is at the highest level in the marine industry, from the Nitronic 50 keel bolts up to the titanium chain plates and the uniquely designed solid carbon bow sprit. She is equipped with many upgrades, such as a carbon mast and boom, lithium-ion batteries, Espar heater, varnished teak cap rail and teak deck. Since her completion the owner has made further upgrades including a Bermuda Race Safety Package and a Doyle Carbon Tweener headsail.
