Manager/Broker
If you’re going to sell boats, you need to know boats — and Eric Roos certainly does. A Maine native, Eric spent his childhood working in boatyards along the Maine coast before attending the College of the Atlantic and earning a degree in human ecology. After graduation, he spent seven years in harbor and marina management before putting his 100-ton USCG license to use captaining large Hinckley yachts. In 2000, he came ashore to serve as a sales director for Hinckley and, later, Morris Yachts. He also manages a number of private yachts for clients.
As sales director for Lyman-Morse, Eric oversees all brokerage activities in addition to serving as the listing broker for a number of fine yachts. He maintains an office in Northeast Harbor, Maine, but can also be found at Lyman-Morse events, boat shows, and wherever discerning yacht owners, buyers, and sellers might wish to see him.
Eric lives in Bar Harbor with his two sons and, when the water becomes a bit too firm on the Maine coast, can often be found on the ski slopes.
