Summary

Wharf Rat is the newest MJM 29Z on the market.  She is also the only one with the larger 300HP engine.  The current owner bought her back in 2020 and since then she has had a professional captain and stored inside every winter.  The owner had a new teak deck installed in 2021.  The vessel has always received her annual maintenance and regular upgrades, like new batteries in 2023, new Vacuflush in 2021.

She was bought with low numbers and still has low hours at 540.  The owners’ used Wharf Rat to cruise the bay and head into coastal Maine towns for lunch and dinner.  Being as comfortable and quick as she is, they could explore in a wide range of conditions and with the larger engine, always get home quickly

The aft settee and mid ship settee allowed the crew to enjoy the sunny days and not so nice days on the water equally.
