If you've worked in a Maine boatyard in the last 30 years, chances are you may have run across Jay Paris' PETREL. The 30'ocean-capable shoal-draft cruiser has been a work in progress for several decades, but she recently set sail on her maiden voyage this summer after extensive work to finish her here at Lyman-Morse.
While work was done at Greene Marine, Cahpin Boatshop, Brooklin Boatyard, and Jay's home, over 50% of the project was completed at Lyman-Morse.
