SOIREE is a 40' Latitude 46 Andreyale, a stunningly beautiful design and wonderful example of superb craftsmanship we are pleased to offer. Powered by twin Nanni diesels, she will cruise all day at 22 knots.

The hull is black Awl-gripped with mahogany windshield and hard top. The decks, cabin sole, swim platform and folding seats in cockpit are all teak. Equipment includes Vetus Hydraulic Steering, Vetus Bow Thruster, 12 v Refrigeration, 12v Lewmar Windlass with remote control,  hot water and a cockpit shower.

A private forward cabin is forward with a v-berth, shelves and hanging lockers. The salon settees easily forms into two single berths. The galley is aft to starboard with a two burner propane stove, sink and refrigeration. An enclosed head is opposite to port.

The all Raytheon electronics package includes:  a C-120 Color Chartplotter and 24nm Radar, Autopilot, Speed & Depth, VHF Radio with remote hand-held at helm. A stereo/CD player with Sirius Satelite Radio with speakers and controls in cockpit and below complete the package.

Delivered in 2004, she is available due to her owner's need for a larger cruising yacht.  Located in CT and ready to go.
