Niche is the prize of the Seguin 40' line.  She has been beautifully maintained.  This is a great boat for weekend trips and long cruising. Recently launched and sailed to Newport in route for Charleston, SC for the winter.  The boat is looking stunning and everything on board in working perfectly.  The owner took the recent survey and addressed every minor issue that was noted and there were only minor issues.

Hull and Deck

Niche is a fully cored boat. Her hull is Airex core with one ounce matte and 2X1808's. The deck and cabin house are cored with Divinycell with H-80 and 2408. All the core is 3/4" and vaccum bagged. Both the hull and deck are painted with Awlgrip. The hull is Oyster white with a red boot stripe and green bottom. The deck is white with white non-skid. There is teak decking on the cockpit seats and sole, with Teal Sunbrella cockpit cushion.
