Alcor has been under great care with the current owners. They replaced the engine in 2002. All the soft goods have been replaced with custom cushions. Electronics has been updated and duplicated on the bridge. Custom cabinets were built in the galley. Alcor is in the water and ready to show.

You enter the main salon through a sliding cabin door on the starboard side of the aft deck. There are windows 360 degrees. Satin varnished teak veneers trim and panel the cabin. The side windows slide open and the center windshield opens. The 'L" shape settee to port is set high for good viewing outside. The owners have have custom cushions made with a beautiful sea green fabric and blue piping. They, also, had two foot rests installed for extra comfort. There is ample storage under the settee. The salon table can be rotated, raised and lowerd or removed to convert it to a double berth. The helm-station is to starboard with a white pedestal seat that can rotate to socailize with folks at the settee. Engine panel and controls, along with all the electronics are in arms reach.
Stepping below the galley is on starboard. The stainless steel sink is aft with two fresh water taps. One has a hot/cold mixing valve. The other has a Seagull IV filter for drinking. Deep storage outboard with sliding Lexan doors. There is nice large custom cutting board that fit perfectly over the 2 burner Origo 4500 alcohol/electric stove with a custom spice rack that folds up above it. There is a deep drop-in storage outboard of the stove with a folding wood cover. They have placed the largest Norcold TEK II refrigerator possible under the counter. There is a door under the sink for storage and to access plumbing and two drawers inboard from the stove with one cabinet door below.
The large "V" berth has the same custom cushions as the settee with an insert. There is storage all around above and below the berth. There is a large deck hatch centerline fitted with a solar fan. The berth is 6'3" long with reading lamps port and starboard. There is, also, a opening portlight port and starboard. Aft of the berth is a hanging locker with extra storage above.
The head is simple, efficent and bright with an opening portlight and a translucent overhead. The head is white Formica with teak trim. There is a stainless steel sink and a Wilcox 1460 C Headmate. Plenty of storage behind the head, sink and below the sink.
