The Lofts at 250 Main

This unique project will introduce an efficient, aesthetically pleasing, mixed-use building to the Rockland area. The lofts at 250 Main will feature a modern aesthetic composed with high performance, green building materials, creating an ultra-efficient space for residents to live, work and play. The Lofts will feature unobstructed vistas of Penobscot Bay and access to cultural attractions, waterfront activities and fine dining all within walking distance.

Baruch College Canopy

Due to our expertise in metal and composite fabrication, Lyman-Morse was contracted to construct a complicated architectural canopy structure for Baruch College in Midtown Manhattan. The canopy was engineered by RSD Engineering (www.rsdeng.com) and will function as an architectural centerpiece with an integrated stainless steel gutter system to shield the building’s entrance from snow and rain. The canopy utilizes an innovative construction technique that sandwiches an aluminum core and stainless steel skin together in one panel, resulting in an ultralight and extremely durable material. Architectural Canvas

We provide custom design, engineering and fabrication of commercial shade structures, awnings, canopies, tension structures, architectural designed structures, industrial sewn canvas products, cabanas, canopies and framed protective covers. Our on-site Canvas Shop specializes in complex and difficult commercial, municipal and residential design projects regardless of job size, scope of work or installation challenges.
